With the FlexLine E-TPRO option "operation with osmosis water" steam humidifier from HygroMatik, this dilemma is a thing of the past: the HygroMatik process ensures that the conductivity of the water in the steam cylinder is suitable for operation, while the mineral content of the water is reduced to a minimum. The advantage? Less electrode burn-off, longer maintenance intervals and significantly longer life cycles.

The steam humidifiers in the FlexLine series from HygroMatik offer over 100 additional function combinations to minimise maintenance, increase safety and enable more precise control. Options include HyFlush and HyCool, which reduce scale in the cylinder and protect drain water pipes. Voltage adaptation for safety chains enables flexible integration into existing safety systems, while network integration via BACnet and Modbus ensures seamless control in building management systems. For more demanding applications, the wide-range controller ensures precise humidity control, while the reverse-osmosis water option reduces scale and extends maintenance intervals. In addition, parallel control facilitates the synchronised operation of multiple devices.
